Info from a FB group I am in, Guy had a dealer do a nation wide search and apparently over the last 2 allocation cycles there has been "0" M/T's. Mine is already almost here so I'm not too worried about it but just curious if anyone can confirm this. I know there are plenty that have been built and on the way to dealers currently but I dont have a way to view allocation list. Anyone else?

For those in MN, I would recommend Walser Toyota. They charge MSRP + small DISCOUNT (.65% of MSRP). The only place I found that didn't play these market adjustment games and gave you a discount to boot!

Nope. Anybody and everybody gets a discount. I asked my salesman about the discount because it seem too good to be true. His response was "the dealership realizes this seller's market isn't going to last forever and people remember which dealership treated them well".

 

I wonder if their discounting the PRO thats listed for 7k over msrp

Nice! I was still in A last I checked a few weeks ago. How are you checking vspec? Every time I’ve tried it still says site not found or whatever

 

So now that its getting closer, I'm gettng more impatient.... Check my vSpec like I do every hour, still sitting in dealerCategory "A" and my eta hasn't changed but I noticed my holdStatus is now "Available"



But my freak out was quelled when I checked my dealer's website. Hadn't seem them using that "Deal Pending" tag until just this today (on any of their vehicles) so its nice to see its now showing there is a deal on it.

 

Looks just like mine! I probably would not have picked the Barcelona Red but that was the only thing on offer. Then, a few days after I put down my deposit I saw one in a parking lot and was like daaaaaaaaaaaaang that is sweet!

Mine has the blackout package which has to be one of the highest margin add-ons in the history of high margin add-ons, but it looks pretty sweet. I might swap out the tail lights for some darker ones, eventually change the rims for some black ones, and go completely red and black.

 

I'm just going to that guest.toyota.dealer site and inserting my VIN in the web address, then clicking on Network, hitting Fetch, then refreshing the screen. I think there are complete instructions further back in the thread.

 

Yeah, when i went in, i was looking for used... but all the used were more than this new one was so... New is where i went. BRM was the only one they had that didn't have a deposit on it. I'm a more muted color guy (greys, silvers, blacks, etc) but it was close to my budgeted expense and it was scheduled to be built the next week so... I jumped on it like a fat kid on a cake.
