ARE YOU A DEMOCRAT, REPUBLICAN OR SOUTHERNER?
Here is a little test that will help you decide.
The answer can be found by posing the following question:

You're walking down a deserted street with your wife a nd two small children.

Suddenly, an Islamic Terrorist with a huge knife c omes around the corner, l ocks eyes with you, screams obscenities, praises Allah, raises the knife, and charges at you...

You are carrying a Glock 45 cal. AC P gun, and you are an expert shot. You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family.
    What do you do ?

THINK AND READ CAREFULLY THEN SCROLL DOWN:
    Democrat's Answer:
o Well, that's not enough information to answer the question!
o Does the man look poor or oppressed?
o Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire him to attack?
    o Could we run away?
o What does my wife think?
    o What about the kids?
o Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of his hand?
o What does the law say about this situation?
o Does the pistol have appropriate safety built into it?
o Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children?
o Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me (and not my family)?
o Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me?
o If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my family get away while he was stabbing me?
    o Should I call 9-1-1?
o Why is this street so deserted?
o We need to raise taxes, have paint & weed day.
o Can we make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior.
o I need to debate this with some friends for a few days and try to come to a consensus.
o This is all so confusing!

    Republican's Answer:
    BANG!

    Southerner's Answer:

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG ! BANG! Click..... (Sounds of reloading)
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! Click

Daughter : 'Nice grouping, Daddy!' 'Were those the Winchester Silver Tips or Hollow Points?! '

Son : 'Can I shoot the next one?!'

Wife : 'You ain't taking that to the Taxidermist!
    its a joke

    B. I'm a conservative and I wouldn't want to waste my ammo. Besides, I'm a good shot.

Two to the chest, one to the head with the first two shots from retention and last from stance, if necessary.

Heaven forbid I protect myself/family/others by making sure he's no longer a threat. I would shoot enough to stop the threat to avoid being carried by six, but hopefully few enough to not face judgment by 12.

Local SWAT team has proven that their fastest 'draw' can not draw and put two in the chest of their slowest 'perp with knife' within 21 feet before perp could hit him. That includes assessment, decision and action on threat.

Google up "Jelly Bryce". He was a cop back in the 1930's and is reputed to
be the most deadly man with a pistol that ever lived. Interesting reading.
