    So I pulled the trigger on something I've been looking at for a while. Purchased my first gun ever, a Patriot Ordinance Factory Minuteman. Got a Burris RT6 to go with it. Now I just need to find a deal on ammo somewhere.

    I'm assembling my first AR lower when it arrives next week. Are there any specific or specialized tools to make the job easier? I have assorted punches and a brass hammer. Not sure if anything else would help. The upper is already assembled from the manufacturer.

    The SAW has been needing replacement for some time. At first, it looked like maybe the MK46 was going to fit the void. Then finally the right people stepped in and asked the right questions to get the ball rolling on force modernization across the military when it comes to the individual capabilities of direct fire weapons.
