Afternoon all:
Holy mackerel, thought I missed about a week of posts after reading all the new ones, always enjoy reading the posts on here and what everyone is up to.

It was a roller coaster for sure, but it was worth it. The part I didn't like was the people messing with her head.

 

Rain and drizzle all day, so, I got some tools that don't fit well in the drawers (right now), and I figure that if I put them on the pegboard, maybe I won't bury the counter.



Maybe, is the operative word here!

 

I'm 5' 10" with shoes on. Not to far off.

 

My father keep everything to himself. With PTSD, he wants nothing to remind him of what he saw.

The only thing he mentioned was, he watched his friend step on a land mine and blew up to pieces, My father had to collect the pieces and send it back to his family. That was enough to stop asking him any questions on his military career.

Can't like that Kevin...To many stories like that one for our Vets not to have PTSD. My Dad never talked about his time in the Navy over in Normandy. I was young and never thought to ask him about it.

Since young, we learned never ask questions. It stayed like that til the day he died.

I'm not sure now if that was mentally healthy to keep things bottle up, but some things he had to take to the grave with him.

 

It was... every trip to Baja is fun for me and the people that come along.
In 2016, I led a 10 day tour, with four Toyota 4x4s. One of the guests produced this really nicely done video (7 min, turn on the sound):

Evening Dave, I do have a contract and boss said "whatever your hourly wage is, add $$ to it" I did. I kind of like working part time... can get up when I want and leave when I want and only work 3 days a week.
