The usual touristy stuff is cool if you have never seen it before: the space needle (and the rest of the seattle center), the water front (seattle aquarium), pike place market. You are definitely traveling at the right time, the weather will be perfect.

Also, a ferry ride is a good option as well. Might even be able to see some orcas.

Seafair will be going on with hydroplanes and the blue angels and stuff. Also the sockeye salmon will be going through the Ballard locks and you can go to the fish ladder and watch. Pike place and the aquarium are cool too

Look into the CityPass if you want to hit a few of the main attractions. It's a steal vs buying tickets for each thing separately.

The Space Needle ticket is actually two trips up. You can go once during the day and once after sunset. I would personally skip the zoo and do the 3 others but I don't have kids.

Wings over Washington is fun for the kid, I enjoyed it as well. Right down by the Aquarium.

It'll also be whale watching season if you're interested in that. Lots of companies offer trips.

If you like parks, Gasworks has a cool pipe system the kid can go climbing through, and it’s one of the best views of the city from the old dock area(in my opinion). Kerry Park is on Queen Anne and it is where every picture of Seattle seems to be taken from. The Greenspace around the Space Needle usually has musicians and food trucks during July. It also has a giant water fountain over by the Arena that you can run through to cool off, and our arena just reopened this year after a major renovation. But that’s just cool to look at now. Volunteer Park is up on Capital Hill and it is next to a graveyard with Bruce Lee in it. They also do food trucks during the summer up there. And the neighborhood is wealthy so it’s a great walk through location.

I’m still chasing a popping sound from stop to reverse. Is this an acceptable amount of play in my driver’s cv axle?

Not too abnormal. Your LCAs may be out of torque, that is what it was for mine at least for a pop in reverse.

Thanks. They’re all torqued up. Seemed to go away last time I tightened my skids but my skids are completely off right now and it’s back.
