There are some very good ones in that case. Daytona Fire, Hammerheads, Black Widows..to name a few.

 

do you have a favorite go to when you need a good shot

 

Black Widow 24's. Definitely a finesse dart. Some consider them hard to throw, but they are my favorite out of all of the dart sets I've owned (probably 100 sets or more). I used to be sponsored and had shit sent to me non stop. Most of it is in a closet and hasn't ever been opened. I gave a lot of it away when I was really active. The darts I throw with are all darts I have used for years. The top left set are Daytona Fires. They are probably my second favorite, but I have to be throwing a certain way to get good results out of them.

 

Too busy smoking tires yesterday to answer a poll. Then a GT3RS reminded me I only ride a 390.

Edit: That ND was on a Sten gun that nobody told me was open bolt before they just handed it to me... Load mag, drop bolt and BANG. Never had an ND in the traditional sense of the phrase.

"Always keep pointed in a safe direction" saved me on that one.

Ah... I used to do ammo onloads down at seal beach when I was in the Navy.

Me too bud. But I made it to like 45 years old before a bird shit on me. Butt it was epic. Number 5 green, Tanoan country club ABQ, Acoma course. Long par 5. I’m on the frog hair in 2. (That’s the fringe…). Dad and his buddies are squawking about luck and youth, I’m pushing the ‘skill’ angle, and a moffukkn Condor or Albatross flew over…. I was reading my putt, going for that eagle when I felt it!! It hit hard too. Right between the shoulder blades. I stand up, turn around, said ‘oh fuck! Is it bad?’ The laughter answered the question. At least a 12” skid mark of varying spectral representations and consistency.
You have to wear a collared shirt on a golf course so I missed the putt, and the birdie putt (I could feel the moisture at this point), pared that bitch and ran to the halfway house and washed my WHITE shirt in the damn sink! And bought another beer
