6/2 gamestonk shareholders meeting. Proxy statements reaffirms intention for the board to split the stock (unknown the ratio at this time. At least 3:1 up to possibly 13:1). Main issue of voting will be to confirm the current directors for another year and allocate the 1b in extra shares.

All measures should pass without issue.
