Appreciate it, sucks another 2nd gen bites the dust. I'm trying to keep the roof rack local so I don't have to disassemble, but if I end up doing so I'll keep you posted!

Copy, sounds fair…i understand as i am currently selling a pelican cooler and Camp Chef stove kit that are probably 250lbs all together. Shipping prohibitive to say the least.
Btw here is a slight wrinkle to the local aspect… and forgive my lack of geographical knowledge of Michigan, but my folks just bought property west of Traverse City, by a smaller lake, 8mins from Lake Michigan. i will be out there by 4th July if not before. I dont know if that means much other then i will be starting to get to know your state a bit. Looking forward to learning about it and checking the many water based
recreation opportunities and hanging with nice folks.
    Cheers.

That’s a cool area up there! Traverse city is one of the nicer spots in the lower peninsula. If you go a half hour or so west, you have sleeping bear dunes which are pretty gnarly and further south you have silver lake dunes which you can drive out on. Lots of tacos out there every time I’ve been. There’s a lot of trails, kayaking, etc up near TC. Lots of vineyards too which aren’t my thing but to each their own. Also, Lake Michigan is my favorite lake.

I’m on the other side of the state but if it’s still available I’d meet you on your way up if you’re driving.

    Just some stuff...
When mine was shipped to me it was rolled up, wrapped with packing tape then shrink wrapped and a label slapped on it. That was from a dealership.

very cool, thanks for the beta on silver lake dunes. Gonna fly out this summer i believe. I will drive out at some point, when i have enough leave put together to make it worthy…(driving 1500 miles each way for less then a couple weeks is rough)
If i do i’ll pack up my little hiker trailer, and load some toys…bike, sup and kayak too. Looks like all kinds of
Fun stuff to do in the summer. My parents wont be wintering up there tho… i bet its brutal cold lake effect.someday i will have to come visit just to see the winter fun. Skidoos and storm surfing. Brrrr.

Interested in the bump stops. How much would it be to ship to 93101?
    Thanks!
