    3 weeks ago Ortho said they can't do surgery due to knee hyper extension and requested a referral to Physical therapy to strengthen the knee

    Today during my Physical therapy consult the doctor said Ortho can do the surgery as the hyper extension is from torn ligaments . Physical therapy can't strengthen torn ligaments
