My top nut in the spring will not turn anymore i wonder if the shop installed the nut and washers correct no issue right now but maybe they cross threaded the nut with the impact wrench

Your springs are a little "bent" like mine are - shocks arent perfectly centered within them due to the design of the top of the spring. Glad to at least see Im not the only one! Mine has been riding fine since install, BTW. A little firmer than stock but rides nice.

I did BUT only because I added a 1/4” spacer on the drivers side. People say the Pro shocks account for the taco lean, but in my experience they didn’t… and I needed the spacer. Now it’s dead even.

I know the older ones were setup to stop the lean. You can see one side has more preload than the other side does.

Yea my 2020 shocks definitely did not account for it. Maybe they do - but not enough? No idea. 1/4” spacer worked perfect.

I think i remember when i installed the trd pro shocks they were off in measurements. After a while they all settled to 21 1/4 maybe just takes time
I am running the sumo bump stops not sure how that effects everything else .

On my 2021 Pro, that I do a fair bit of towing with (Camper Trailer/Motorcycle Trailer) - What is the best match for the rear?

I'm not interested in blocks. I had a Wheelers 1.5" AAL on my last truck and was happy with it, and you can't beat the price. Is a full leaf pack better (at five times the cost)?

    Photo for attention:

Eibach seems to be confused about these measurements with their kit. Thoughts?

    LF and RF are 22.25”
LR and RR are a smidge over 23.25”

I have 285/75r16s, sliders, and an aluminum bumper that weighs 37lbs (I removed 17lbs of OEM bumper, so this should be nearly negligible).

    What's your stock numbers?

I didn't get my stock numbers but my Eibach front coils with custom AAL are below:
    FL 22 FR 22.25
    RL 22.75 RR 23

Your numbers seem spot on .

Appreciate it. No, it all happened so fast. Bought the truck thinking I’d keep it stock. Skip to: joined TW then it was lifted.:anonymous:

Same tire size? I’m still confused because it’s supposed to be a lift and leveling kit. Either way, I don’t mind the rake.

These forums have a tendency to do that. I said the same about my Pro. No need to mod...4 years later...
I'm was running stock tires for the first few months. Then 285/75r16, now 255/80r17.

Just an FYI, Eibach replied this morning:

    "Ryan,
On the vehicle we tested here we got 22.4 in the front and 22.6" in the rear. so your front is within .2" which is within tolerance. The rear is definitely higher than I would expect, so I'm wondering if you possibly have a different leaf spring in the rear.

Anybody running 285s before installing these? Any rubbing before/after? I have 285s, stock Pro suspension, and get rubbing on the cab mount when turning and flexed, or on the UCA at full flex. Curious if this changed anybody else's experience with that.

I'll let you know after mine gets installed tomorrow. I run Nitto RG 285x70x17 and had to trim quite a bit of plastic (mostly front side) on stock Pro suspension (-10 offset). I don't rub on the mount now but I did rub just ever so slightly when the tires were brand new, on full turn in reverse on a steep slope.

I'll post my pre and post install measurements too. I am set up for a CMC the following day so I'll be sure to drive around and off road a bit to see if there are any differences with new springs installed. I plan on moving to 305x70x17 RG's after the CMC.

Hm, I'm on the stock 2020 wheels, I don't know the offset. Appreciate the follow up.
