It depends on the type of gravel road. A couple inches thick makes for a long day. Just a normal dirt/gravel forest service type road then sure, I’ll do that all day.

Common problem with a lot of Triumphs. The regulator rectifier went out my '13 and I replaced it with a plug-n-play mosfet unit from Rick's Motorsport Electric. Haven't had any issues since.

    None... yet.
    This ⬇

Been reading about that but all the "install" directions I found... looked like you have to solder different connectors 'n sh!t. If it truly is plug 'n play, I'm willing to give it a try myself! Will check into it! Thanks!

Got side swiped last night and crunched up my bed side. I think need to get an estimate this week. The one night I drive the truck and not one of my bikes….

Anyone in here Know the Husky Svartpilen well?

    I’m looking at a ‘19 701 for $8.5k and a ‘20 for $10.4k.

I like the ‘20 bronze color and spoked wheels, but the ‘19 has only 200 miles and has a few upgrades. Akropovic & some bar end mirrors, plus wallet friendly.

I know there are a few recalls for the 2019 model, but is there anything I should book out or be concerned about with that year?

Ive got its little orange brother (390 duke), and that'd be a fun bike with the bigger motor.

Hopefully the Husky side of things is better than KTM though. Bike is great but theres some real annoyances that are minor but just shouldnt be an issue to begin with.

I’ve heard theres some electric issues, but it may be a small quantity of owners amplified in forums like here on TW. The odd dash on the Husky I’m ok with.

The 690 engine though is a solid one from KTM that it’s tried and true

Im annoyed that KTM doesnt make the 690 duke anymore. I may have to look into the Husky for "next" since I dont know I want to jump to the 890.

Just passed a KTM 390ADV on my way home on my 390 Duke. First one Ive seen!

I hate how much I liked it and would be great for a lot of places here in UT. :frusty:

Just do it. Or buy a 690 Enduro.

Yeah it’s a pity they stopped. I don’t mind the power of the bigger bikes, but I know I don’t need it.
Plus the light weight of the small CC’s are nice from a flick ability standpoint.
