I got a $18 foam cannon on Amazon for my little electric pressure washer. I don't use a soap bucket anymore, just 2 buckets to rinse out my wash brush.

Well water quality isn't great at the garage so I filter it a bit first (3X), the (white) first filter is 40 micron, then 20 micron, finally 5 micron.



Pressure washer was $100 at Sam's Club, perfect for washing cars, probably not so much for heavy equipment. No mods to the PW, it is held on the cart with a piece of #12 wire, cart from Harbor Freight.

 

I will add "zip line" to the list of things I'm not going to try.

Re poll, my wife's RAV4 is picked up and taken to the car spa. My trucks rarely get washed , but we seldom drive. With pollen the way it is they would be green again in no time.

 

I have spent more time & money trying to keep this truck shiny than for all the other vehicles in my life combined. I have an arsenal of wax, polish, cleaners, microfiber, brushes, sponges...

You should have seen the look my wife had when I plunked down $35 for a gallon of spray detail wax.

The irony of the above is 1) the truck seems to collect chips and scratches like a magnet despite sitting in the garage 95% of the time and 2) I suck at detailing...

I probably have less the 20 miles total of (very slow) dirt road driving.

 

Sitting at the dealer getting the oil changed, this one also has a decent view.

 

Can't believe those turn signals on the fenders survived since 71.

It's a 1 owner that was originally purchased at this dealership, guy was stationed at Dyess AFB and used it as his daily until he retired. It's not perfect but it looks to be mostly original.

 

That got thrown away years ago.
