What’s your guys thoughts on transmission servicing? I got my truck with 135k on it and have no idea if any fluids have been changed. Should I flush it? Should I just drain the pan? Should I weld the drain plug on and pretend it’s non serviceable?

 

Me personally....I'd swap the fluid. I'd try to get a look at the fluid. If it looks ok then just drain and fill over the next couple oil changes. If it looks dark then replace it all.

I do a drain and fill every 2-3 oil changes. Overkill? Maybe but it really doesn't take long.

 

So no one knows about any future Dyno days anywhere in our STATE OF WASHINGTON?????

Nah but tuned very very very well.

 

Do you have a baseline dyno run?

 

like from stock? Nah man I have never been on a dyno in my tacomas whole life. Thats why I keep hounding on here . Been wanting to soooo bad . I guess I could look for a tuner shop up in seattle somewhere? Anyone know the ball park on the price for getting some dyno runs?

 

Bummer you don't have a baseline for comparison. You will have no proof whether or not your tune has done anything.

 

other members on here have baselines with exact tire sizes and gears if not very similar . Im not worried about the baseline i just want to know my overall .

 

There are probably 10 tuner JDM Boi tooo fast tooo furious shops in the greater seattle area, take it to one of them, pay them, they will dyno it for you.

I found one in Lakewood which Is closer than Seattle . I emailed the business if they will accept my Tacoma . Crapper is they are not open on Saturdays .

 

What shop is it in Lakewood? I just supercharged my 100 series cruiser and looking to see what it's putting down.
