My 2020 came with OEM mudguards. I also installed the OEM running boards. Both in an effort to keep debris off of the paint and as a courtesy to other motorists. Downside, I did some light off roading and tore my front passenger mud guard off. Installed a new one. Was a easy and cheap fix. Still Highly recommend them both.

Ah!!!! I want a pair of rally armor mudflaps! Which ones did you get and how do they attach? Their website doesn’t show Tacoma flaps. But the ones for the Subaru are epic. I want a pair for my Tacoma.

My wife got me a set of OEM Ones for my birthday. Been on for almost 2 years. Easy to install and seem to work as designed. Zero regrets.

Up to you but at the bottom of the body, you can see textured under the paint to resist paint chipping. (you see bottom of door)

I got my flaps off before I went to off road for first time.

Rokblokz here in the same size as the oem flaps.

Without them I don't think there would be any paint left in the rear half the truck lol

I have the same truck and put the factory ones on within a week of having it. Immediately less mud/snow/water spray on my truck body, and I know I am doing favors to the people behind me. Also I like the look.

Mud flaps have a purpose …if you follow any Big rigs…laws require mud flaps…to prevent them throwing rocks, debris..,etc,

in our state..most lifted trucks ..depending on each island codes..may require to have mud flaps..and to pass the yearly vehicle safety check (sticker) …

Off roading ..especially backing up..you may tear your mud flaps off..( happen to me )…

Mud flaps do add some protection to your body panels and prevents a lot of debris thrown at others vehicles..

Wish they had a system to removed and install them as needed and required by State laws..

The worst are those tires that sticks outside the fenders…they throw everything! Lol

Mud flaps? Is a good thing ..if use correctly…. Is this a individual choice? ..and Does your State requires them?
    Aloha

I immediately went to their website also to see what colors they sold. Like you pointed out, Tacomas aren't even listed.

Yeah. It is disappointing. I like the Subaru WRX ones.

After doing some looking some members have them on their Tacomas. Seems to be the universal ones. But no pics of mounting or type of hardware the members used.

"stubborness is the mother of invention" or something :)

heck, half the stuff i do to vehicles "isn't listed!" that's what makes my mods better!

yes, they're the universal versions. the "UR" version. looking at their site, they now have a "UR Plus" that adds 4". for extra floppy. i might still order a set of those later, as these are too short for my preference.

my trd sport came with the oem rigid plastic flaps, i just aligned the new one's where i wanted them, marked the oem holes, and pre-drilled the flaps for the bolts to fit through. then used all the oem hardware on the outside edge, plus 1-each zinc-coated drywall screws on the inside edge to keep the tire from catching on them, screwed through the plastic liners.
