Why not make your own? I make my own buttermilk fried chicken tender breading… but it’s not like traditional fried chicken

looks like a bit more work than i want but maybe i'll give it a shot, thanks
i just liked the easy - ready to go - factor of the hodgson's stuff. and the spices they had were spot on. i did add a touch of black pepper but that was it.

i tried with a combo of bisquick and my flour mix with some spices but it just wasn't the same.

So.. the other day I made these Nutella Cookies and I thought I'd share here because while I used regular flour, I feel like one of you can test it with a GF flour and then it'll all be GF and everyone wins.

    20220305_160903.jpg

    300 grams of Nutella
    100 grams of Mini M&Ms
    85 grams (GF) Flour
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix everything together and form 2 ounce balls. Place on a lined baking sheet spaced out and bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.

:thumbsup: this stuff is awesome. i tried the cake mix a while back and it was good but small - one box only makes one 8" cake.
saw these were on sale plus a $1 coupon on the box. made it. loved it. went back and bought more while they were still a decent price. $7 regularly around here

That's the fresh stuff @Beef Nachos
    Not shippable since its perishable
Also, they were at a made in MT trade show I went to a few weeks ago and were offering the dough for $5.50 so I stocked up. Well worth it
I like Udi's but it can be a bit cardboard-y. This stuff is softer and a little chewy.
The package says it makes 2 pizzas but that last pic was the entire dough ball on a 16" stone

I was today years old when I learned that Jersey Mike's Subs has GF bread. And looking at the nutrition/allergen info on the website all of their meats are GF too.
Has anyone tried it? Online reviews are hit or miss. Seems like its up to the franchise if they have a completely separate prep space or not.

hmmm...well bummer. not going to pay extra for something i can make at home. but might come in handy on roadtrips to have that option

also, never heard of Jim's. Please remove the green stuff and send me a sample. P&TY
