Man that looks like a tight squeeze. Was it roomier than it looked?

Lol, no. I had to fold the mirrors in to fit through… walked through afterwards and could almost touch both sides. EC0538F1-A03D-4300-809A-953858A33F8F.jpg

New place looks Bougie, granted I haven't been to Asilomar for a few years, but the folks are still in Carmel valley so might roll by next time I'm in the area.

I just called my local Toyota dealer and told them I was looking for a better AT tire. My service advisor mentioned several nice tire options that they could order for me including the KO2's. I almost went with Nitto Terra Grapplers but for just a few bucks more opted for the KO2's. Like I said, I got a decent deal with their current sale. Call them!

I started on old NC 105. Basically runs you along the Linville gorge. I took it from the south end to Linville falls then I went to Hurricane creek trail which was about 1hr 45 drive from Linville falls if I remember correctly.

From a global perspective overlanders will agree the KOs are superior and worth it. Good choice.

Last week i hit a orange barrier because it was to close to the actual street. left headlight assembly and some brackets where damage. i thought to myself o might as well just get some aftermarket (cool) headlight, then i found aftermarket headlight assemblies ( the ones ate the 400-600 range) they change headlight bulbs to H7 and i'm like i already spend money on this H11 HID kits i don't want to do that. so instead got some aftermarket replacement. installed them last Saturday. i was stupid and did not remove the front bumper all the way. and it was a pain in the ass to get them in. and now i need the to clips that hold the light and the bumper corner together. once i change that the truck would be 100%.

these $200 aftermarket replace i don't like the light pattern looks like the "glass" on the projector is distorted. imma wait till i can buy the OEM LED or a good Aftermarket( morimoto)

These are nice, mine came with them as well. Except unfortunately here in Northern NY - my carped would be destroyed in 12 months due to all the salt during the winter. All-weather floor liners with tall sidewalls are a necessity. Weathertek are the only company that I could find that made mats tall enough to stop all of the salt and debris from soaking into my carpet during the winter. Ugh, the perks of living in the tundra!

All gen 3 tail lights fit each other right? Thinking to buy pro tail lights but it says 2016-2019 and makes me paranoid that it won’t fit my 2021 off road

When it comes to headlights, always go OEM. Even with Morimoto I see plenty of issues, and it's always at the worst possible time. And having to deal with headlight issues that could strand you anywhere on any given night... it's just never worth it. The OEM LEDs look awesome, anyway.

Suspension lift time…Bilstein 6112/5160 combo, SPC UCA’s, ICON RXT leaf pack set for option 2, Durobumps front and rear sustainably sourced by @state48overland and installed by Ben Arizona Toy Pros in Mesa.

    Before:

    After:

Ride and handling characteristics dramatically improved over the stock OR suspension at 53,000 miles.

    A06D1E6A-A9E7-49A3-9314-CD1D1ECCC043.jpg

Also had the KDMAX tune installed while at @state48overland by Eddie Erosa. Now the motor and 5.29 gears play well together with happy shift points and heightened throttle response off the top. Speed limiter (83 mph) removed for those Las Vegas road trips to and from AZ.

Big difference from the stock tune and suspension.

Next up, CMC and some new shoes.

First warm day this spring that I was idle...

Finally installed the die-cast inserts in the tailgate, and blacked out the chrome badging..

Love those. What did you have to do to get to fit on Smartliners? Just trim the badge down?
