I’d love to get about 2” in height as well. It’s my understanding that getting the block spacers is a bad call. Would love to hear peoples input as this is my first truck,

Rocks. Big, MoFo rocks. I can only dig down eight inches in my yard before I start hitting big rocks.

 

I think I might have blown a head gasket in my ATV. I noticed I was losing a small bit of coolant here and there for the last year or so, and I had been topping off with distilled water. The other day I figured I should replace that with new since I no longer know what the freeze point is. I flushed the system out with vinegar and water, then water and put engine ice in. Now it smokes white on startup for a minute or so.

My theory is it was going but had some crud kind of holding it together and flushing it cleaned it out and made it more obvious.

I don't see any evidence of coolant in the oil though, and it doesn't smoke after it runs for a minute or so. I really don't want to tear that engine down.

Bringing it to a shop today as well as turning in the very old and most likely unusable ammo.

 

Make sure you do all your reading first. I've seen some people 'restore' firearms and other items and while the end result was beautiful, functional, and looked practically brand new, they actually depreciated the item's value by removing patina and other indications of age/use.

 

Yea that's what ive been reading. Basically I want to make sure I can fire it once in a while preserve the original grips

 

Where are people getting tires these days? Falken Widpeaks to be specific.
