Passenger side tail marker light and passenger license plate light not working

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with my passenger side license plate light working at all and my passenger side tail light not functioning fully. The brake light works but not the running light. All of my lights are working on driver side. I have new bulbs and have tested them on the working driver side light. I thought it was an old tail light so I bought a new tail light and still have the same issue. There isn't a fuse that controls only left or right side? Kinda stuck here. Thanks for the help

 

Polish any corrosion out of the bulb socket with scotchbright and then check for voltage w/ a voltmeter.
