Meanwhile in 1st Gen land the only thing I can tune is radio stations with my factory radio knob.

 

Matt no longer offers the kdmax tune. The other guy who i think your talking about does not anymore as well

Only think I know of is the pedal commander but it's not a real.tuner

 

give me $500 and 30-45mins and I can get it done. 2nd gens are easy and really wakes them up with a proper tune.

If you tune with any VFTuner based tune/service you are doing yourself a major disservice.

Don’t screw it up. You cannot flash or bench recover 2nd ECU’s without soldering in a resistor and having the right tools

You can do HPTuners on the 2nd gens as well.

 

I know 2 guys in GA that are doing and the couple that were mentioned before plus one in AL and one in TN, and then there are a couple in central and eastern NC that do them as well. So to cover the SE you're definitely traveling within a region of a lot of competition.
