What is your wheel and tire size? do you have any rubbing issues? I plan to put the SOS kit on my DCLB. I love the look!

Lowered right @ 2 1/4” in front & 3 1/4” rear on the home made coil-overs below. The rear setup is 6 lug leafs w/ 1 3/4” & 2” machined alloy blocks. I really can’t go any lower because w/ the 235 & 245/50-19 rubber the front bottoms out on the top of the inter fender and I need to modify/roll the rear bedside brackets on the rear for clearance. The coil-over is before the spring was loaded. The powder coated black spring perch at the bottom of the OE spring/s is from Tundra racing/SOS. The bottom of the perch is machined to clear the spring collar on the Viking adjustable upper lock ring. Next have the rear X-runner sway-bar mount welded to the diff & install and have the DJM notches welded in.

No rubbing at all but it will bottom out because I have a decked toolbox. I ended up putting some hellwig half-leaf helpers on it that are adjustable. I could probably fit bigger tires tbh.

That’s a good question! I don’t know it’s up to the fabricator/welder. He’s booked until the mid of June.

Also I drive the truck to LCE this Friday afternoon so they can have the truck for a week to have a Heltech installed and Dyno tuned. Apparently there’s a Heltech tuner in Lake Havasu, a few from what I understand.

 That looks good man, I like seeing the DCLBs lowered. I keep thinking that’s what I’ll do with my 2005 eventually.

That looks super clean, great job on the custom coil-overs too!

Finally joined the forum after a few years of just going thru threads. Had thee truck for a few years, its dropped 4/4. With 18" wheels on 40 series tires. Paint matched door handles and sport mirrors. Still need to get a new front bumper and tailgate. I want to go lower to close up the wheel gap. Thinking of going to adjustable front coil overs and some stiffer adjustable rear shocks (QA1 maybe?) Although I'm already banging my transmission cross member at this height.... I also have a set of 19" G35 forged stock wheels on 40 series tires for spares. They fill the wheel wells nicer but make the truck sit higher...
