Things are fine, wife has been working from home too long, kid is on the mend and is job ready...again.

Got a vacation next month to the villa. A working trip but I will take it.

 

Afternoon all

Just got back home from the VA from my Urology appt

Got some good news from the Doctor , She's not to overly concerned over the microscopic blood they found in my urine during last months visit . But does want me seen again in 6 months for more testing and CT scan and Ultra sound of my kidneys

She also mentioned the kidney stones in both kidneys and if I feel discomfort immediately head to the ER . As for the blood they found at the micro cell level it has the appearance of a cancer cell but so small it's nothing to worry about . They will have me do more lab work to see if it has progressed any

I was scheduled for a kidney biopsy in August but now is going to wait after my next visit in October for the test results

There arent that many here. a bread bag full is a good haul. I like to flour and fry them. i think they taste kinda like oysters cook that way.

My Doctor explained to me it's a common kidney disease in our age bracket especially if you're prone having kidney stones and it's treatable if caught early enough . It's called glomerulonephritis and causes inflammation of the kidneys filtering system


Also can be caused by taking alot meds daily like I do which is 23 pills per day !!!

 

I'm back! 2 weeks in Ireland then 5 days in South Carolina.

 

Chuck, did you see this article about presumptive conditions? I'm not sure if any of the changes will apply to you, but it's worth looking into.
