If I made 5 of these and none of the bores were correct, the one replacement I made would be spot on. They got this one within .005”, I guess that’s better then the .050” on the dead one

Welp, wife lost 5 lbs in 2 days. Not great, so they have her come in this morning for a Vitamin IV and they hear her talking about her pain so they checked her over for blood clots. None found, hopefully means none there. Now she's getting 3 IVs and then back home from what I can tell.

Weed beater trolling motor update. Parts are in, but need opinions.

If I press out the nut/sleeve from the trimmer head and weld on a bolt on to that, I could use that to attach the prop. Then attach that piece to the shaft. I’m just trying to figure the best way to get the prop attached to the shaft. The weed eater has a variable speed trigger, it’s not all or nothing.

 

we do have a bunch of ABB stuff, most of our new transformers we try to get from Waukesha, they have a 3 year lead time for transmission stuff, but we rarely have issues with them I guess. We have some transformers in our system made by Alis Chalmers if you can believe that!
As for fuses I'm not sure, most of that stuff is handled by the line guys, i only ever mess with it on storm, which in the year or so I've been there I've only done twice.

 

Can try a turn buckle bolt/sleeve nut thingy to connect the two? One has to be left hand threads, the other right hand. Basically an extension.

I've always said vets are smarter than docs, they've got to care for many different animals, human docs have it easy...

 

Few updates from the last week or so. a mother fox with 6(!) kits nursing! I’ve also seen them playing tug of war with a bird skeleton. Super cool.
