    The Ultimate test tune that I had greatly lessened RevHang. Hopefully, the tune updates will happen soon after the new vF version update this week.

    It was a lot smoother and took me a long time to determine that it was likely a Base tune. It was sneaky fast though.

    No one knows. This was the latest that was posted:
    https://forum.vftuner.com/forum/mai...g-communication-after-1-6-0?p=10642#post10642

    I believe he is referring to the jokers that tried flashing earlier EROM files that were intended to be edited prior to flashing. Some peeps will flash anything that looks like a tune to their quite expensive hardware.

    If I ever make it up north with my Tacoma, Tony, you're going to get stuck taking it for a spin. I'm not close to considering selling it but I will say that I'm more and more annoyed at how pathetic and sporadic the throttle feels below 2k rpm.

    Heck yeah. Consistent, predictable throttle is one of the big highlights of the Tunes, esp 2.0 and those based off of it.

    It kills me that Mikey was such a huge topic last August. Lost all other perspective that evening. :rofl::rofl:

    I was just testing some stuff for YotaWerx / @mZiggy yesterday. Throttling out from 1k. It was lovely. His newest tunes have serious beef in the bottom end.

    The hole in the ground is still there. It’s bigger now, Mikey has grown so therefore the pit must as well.

    I never even thought there was an OP for this thread... just thought it was the required reading section for the DIY shifter driver's.

    Thanks you for the update:hattip::thumbsup:

    Just rolled 65,000kms on my 2017. Looking forward to many many more!

    For example, this was 2nd Gear, but I don't have an issue in the upper gears either. She pulls.

    Speed is KPH.

    For context, @su.b.rat has been OVTuned, as well as on KDMax, Coyoza, KDMax Pro, and now YotaWerx as far as I know.

    Redheaded Frank/ @MOC221_ is also a tester

    You can add weight to a hollow std knob with lead shot and some glue - just verify you leave room for the threaded shaft before adding the glue….
