I'm trying to get my wife to look at the EV6 AWD towards the end of the year (if we can get her out of the Audi TT lease early).

How does it drive? She thinks it's a bit too big for her (from the ones we've seen on the street), but she had a 2018 Acura RDX before the TT so I think she'll be fine with the EV6 size.

Since I’m sure the amount of people installing SwitchPros in Teslas is fairly small, a flush mount for a Escort Max CI for the Plaid interior would probably be a better product.

    Something like this:

I will admit the EV6 is no lightweight sports car, but damn does it handle well for what it is. The skateboard architecture puts all of the weight down low and it doesn’t tip or sway like a heavy ICE car. It’s a point and shoot vehicle and it just goes where you want. Up to 60 it’s the quickest of my six cars. My LC500 will pull on it past that, but it’s nauseatingly quick up until then. The build quality is rock solid and the ride quality is smooth but still communicates road feel. We’ve owned probably 50 cars between the two of us and this is the best cummuter we’ve had. We got the Wind trim (second highest) because the top GT-Line trim comes with a sunroof (my husband is 6’6” and couldn’t fit with the sunroof) and with gloss black interior trim which I absolutely loathe and won’t buy. Our maiden voyage was driving from Salt Lake City to Phoenix and the fast charging of 10-80% in 18 minutes is what you’ll see in the real world and made the long drive stress free. As for size, it’s massive inside but the overall vehicle isn’t huge because the electric architecture allows the wheelbase to be pushed out to the corners. It has the same wheelbase as the Telluride we had before this but feels much smaller.

    And @MESO

Where did you order your TE’s for your Tesla? Also, was it an epic wait time?

I ordered them a year or 2 ago before the wait times got too out of hand. IIRC it was about 3 months.

The TE37XT M-Spec for my Tacoma took around 7 months when I ordered them towards the end of 2020. Depending on the specs/color, I've heard that some sets can currently take 12+ months from Rays.

I've been waiting 5.5 months for BBS LMs (also manufactured in Japan) I ordered for my Model 3, and I've been told they're *supposed* to arrive around the end of June 2022.

I just saw this option when I picked up my Plaid from getting paint correction/PPF/ceramic/tint: https://aftershockgarage.com/tesla-...la-model-s-precision-yoke-completer?fs=e&s=cl I’m not sure I’m 100% sold on it compared to a leather D yoke/wheel but it was interesting.

Nope not trading it for anything tesla. I'll wait for other car options with electric/hybrid trucks in the future or possibly the VW IDBuzz. The tacoma will last for a long time and I like it..

No, our household already has a Model 3 (Wife's Tesla) I am hoping Toyota comes out with the 2024 Tacoma EV. My 06 Tacoma will be 18 years old by then.
Getting info from Toyota is like pulling hens teeth. I do though have a day #2 reservation for the Tesla Cybertruck.

BMW I4 is the way to go, that is way better than any other electric type vehicle if electric vehicle is what you are looking for. Have you seen the BMW I4? Take a look.
