*Custom 2020 OEM LED Headlights*

It looks amber with drl running. Haven't had a problem with the clears yet and drive across country constantly. I just keep a cheap set for inspection.

 

What do you think about painting the trd pro trim pieces black?

 

Headlights installed. I went with the TRD PRO version. Not a pro, but I like them and I’m old, so I don’t care what other people think. The process from start to finish was seamless. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They changed the entire look of the truck. Optics are, as you know, great. I was worried because I was coming from h9 conversions using an agm battery and OV tuned to float 14.4v. They were bright and melted snow.

Pro-Tip don’t lay the naked h9 bulb on the bumper cover when testing. It WILL melt the plastic cover..lol..

I went with the smoked marker and blacked out bezel.

Came back to give a positive note, man anytime people see my lights they always ask where I got them or if they're aftermarket and how unique they are. Dealership service center is always pointing out how great they look and if they were aftermarket too. I haven't seen anyone else in my area with them like mine but a ton of the OEM lights or Morimotos love them and they're still my favorite mod I've done. Best advice I can give is if you see sale on the OEM lights grab em! if not do what I did and buy a used pair off Ebay look around there and even shoot offers if they seller accepts then ship them off to @no vtec 4me directly and he'll take good care of you

Probably the wrong thread… but have you done the non led housings in black or color match? I think my tail lights would look great in quicksand instead of chrome

 

Yup I have another thread on here, I’ve done hundreds of the pre-2020 lights. I did one set color matched cement, I’ll try to dig up a picture. I don’t do tails though.

 

Honestly I do want to, just never have the free time to dive into them. Maybe this summer I’ll give it a go.
