Considering How long it took us last time to make it where we did in 2 full days of driving. Id say we run from meeting campsite to halfway of northern half then shoot back down and camp somewhere on southern half that night to make the drive back not so bad.

    thumbs down :(

how do you like the fridge setup by the way? I’m considering (probably into next year if I do it) a solar pannel second battery setup with one.

wayyyy better than dealing with ice. Just pack your stuff in there night before. Plug it up in your house and transfer to truck and boom your done lol.

I'd be doing a 20qt on a second battery so it would stay in the truck. Probably not on when not in use. Debating about trying to wire up a relay to a switch panel or just having a plug in without a switch when I use it.

It would be under my sleeping panel in the cab.

I need to sort out access to it since I can only get on from the side. might need to raise my platform if I do one.

I just need to decide if it's worth it - net 500 ish for the system, but at least all my trips this year except for one, I'm passing a store daily with ice, if I'd even need to restock.

Thanks for the feedbacks. It's one of those things I'll keep on my mind this year as I go through camping trips and see if I think it'd be worth it.
