I think my girls are planning a trip to your neck of the woods in late may. I’m hoping it will still be cool enough for some good fly fishing up there by that time down here it’s winding up.

 

Not sure about deserving it but I sure can’t complain!

My last stop is barre vt on those runs and on the last trip I went ahead and bought the annual nonresident fishing license so my plan is to do a little fishing. I’ve spotted some good looking streams and rivers up that way.

 

How far up they plan on going?

 

Just to Barre the last time I did one other drop off but it wasn’t any further north just a little east of Barre.

That time of year again ....... Car show season starts tonight


Almost finished cleaning !!!

 

I can’t tell how many times I casted at the larger one I carpet bombed that trough you could see about 5or 6 just cruising and they weren’t taking just anything. Changed fly’s cast step up cast short cast a little longer and a little longer move one step repeat. And there’s one you can see with polarized glasses on that is a absolute hawg that won’t touch anything.

 

The deal is I go anywhere they need me to go as long as they understand I might not come straight home!

 

Good afternoon all.
Had a real relaxing day. Walked downtown this morning for breakfast. Not much of a downtown area in Dripping Springs TX. Went to Helen's parents house to see all the animals
Dogs, horses, cows, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, quail, pheasant, turkeys, turtles and emu's. The quail they raise for hunting on their 600 acre ranch. Stopped at a restaurant to check it out for the rehearsal dinner. Since we were there I had brisket for lunch. We then checked out the place where the wedding is to be held at. Real nice.
Not sure what's for supper.
