Anyone else get color envy?

If Cement was a few shades darker, it would have been perfect. If Army Green was more muted and actually a military-style color, I would have jumped on it. As is, it's way too glossy.

I have Cement and it looks amazing in certain conditions, but way too silvery in others. If I could go back in time, I would pick Black.

 

This feels more like the scene where he checks out his own multiverse ass.

 

They told me "once you go black, you never go back". It's not true, I've been black and forth several times

 

I bought my AG in 2021. They didnt make the cavalry blue anymore. Still wish I could have bought a cavalry blue anytime I see one.

 

No envy here. Cement is my all time favorite color, its what I have, and don't want any other color.

color envy, yes. but for something toyota doesn't offer. I love my midnight black, but if burgundy wine was an option i would've chose it in a heartbeat!

 

Voodoo Blue is the best color.

 

No I really wanted Cement and got it. When I was looking I told them my color preferences were
Cement
Silver sky
Quicksand

I would have wanted Amy green cause it is awesome but my last vehicle was green so I wanted something different and Army green wasn’t available on sr5. Calvary blue would have been on the list but it was discontinued

No regrets! Got a 2020 Quicksand only to find out that it was discontinued after that year. Get compliments all the time. I'd have considered Army Green if it was available in 2020, but Cement was my official back up. Army Green and Cement look sexy as shit with bronze wheels, but overall Quicksand was my first choice.

 

I have lunar rock and won't have it any other way. If I didn't get lunar rock I would have color envy and it would slowly kill me from the inside out... To be specific, lunar rock ONLY with the OR package with black fender flares. The sport lunar rocks don't look right to me.

Although, the silver sky is growing on me. The more I see that color, the more I like it.

 

I had a 2016 Inferno and still miss it to this day. Barcelona Red is nice but not the same. My 2016 was written off so I had no choice. For my 2020 all I wanted was Voodoo Blue but had to settle thanks to Covid and wanting another manual transmission. My uncle ended up getting a 2021 in Voodoo Blue so I am sad every time I see it.

 

only for lunar rock, but other than that i think cement is the best color.

if i could trade for an equivalent lunar rock i probably would.

Wanted cement but they discontinued the color for 2022. Bought CSM which I like BUT whenever I see Cement damn.

 

Ha! Funny to read how others crave the color I ended up with (cement) when what I really wanted was lunar rock. In the right light, cement can look a little like lunar rock, then I realize who am I kidding? To find that Toyota has discontinued cement and that lunar rock is now more available hurts a little, only cuz when you spend that kind of coin it's nice to get exactly what you want. Insult to injury, son's girlfriend shows up the other day with a minty new Rav 4 in the driveway... color lunar rock. Ouch.

 

I’m having the opposite right now, I have Cement Grey but want to upgrade from the short bed to the long bed. I keep looking at all the colors available on the 2022 and just can’t do it, Cement Grey looks that good to me that I can’t even contemplate having to settle for magnetic grey. Lunar Rock is close in pictures but in person the color is just not manly enough for me.

 

I got quicksand so i'd never see the dirt on it, so i never had to wash it.

 

Nope, held out and got the color i want with the options i want, and now its modded with oem options i want.

pollen would make it green though. I get it pretty bad in central tx. But, I’m not going to get the lime green. Not a bad color but def not my style.

 

I have to admit the lunar rock is amazing! I had one on order but could not get one allocated. I changed dealers and got a magnetic metallic grey. I can live with it. I'm not that guy that will lose sleep over a color. I'm thinking deep red overlays? Either way I'm good. I just didn't want a white or blue crush one.
