Nothing wrong with Kuwait; in fact the only country in the region that I would avoid would be Yemen; some pretty sketchy politics, and a better than even chance of not actually leaving once you enter. Saudi Arabia isn't on my top ten list either, as their policy is, "If you're not from here, you're in the wrong." and they're pretty hard over on the whole religion thing... all the coastal principalities (UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain are pretty cool.

 

Pretty sure Kuwait and UAE are both pretty nice when it comes to foreigners. Not so much any of the -stans...

That's cool. My low country boil includes crab legs. Plus, we have a half bushel of oysters roasting over a fire while the boil is on the burner.

 

Also...I like to stay within my 70 mile radius if at all possible
