Well we got the new motor in. My boss quickly learned the hard way why we always use wire nuts in these... and why they're not "old tech, move on to the new stuff" this was after 30 seconds of running, they apparently arced out through the jacket and blew a dime size hole in the junction box. They're rated for 12 awg stranded, and 600v. We were using 12 awg stranded, and 480v.
