Out of curiosity, a memory refresher, and pure kicks and giggles I took this picture of my driver side preload.

Are you sure yours is 1.75”? Mine is less than than I thought, so maybe my eyes are deceiving me about yours.

Did you ever measure the angles on the spindles and distances on the shock mounts? It looks like the drivers side is bent, though pictures can be misleading. This is only the 4th time that it's been mentioned in this thread and driving on a broken truck for 6 months would be extra funny if it wasn't so sad and dangerous for everyone else on the road.

Hey guys so I appreciate all your help I finally took it to a shop and they said that the main thing that controls ride height is the springs so it seems like my coil on my coil over was over compressed so I’m gonna get new spring! They tightened down the side that was dipping and it fixed the problem for now but I will need to get new springs and an alignment

Please request the old springs be returned to you after the repair and post a picture of them side by side. And what did they "tighten down" that fixed the problem for now but yet the bad spring(s) are still installed but not contributing to the ride height problem they told you the springs control? I am thoroughly confused.

EDIT: I remember you have the Fox adjustable coilovers so maybe they cranked the adjustment perch down. Still interested in seeing the coil comparison. Hope you finally get it fixed.

Sounds like the shop took what spring was left in the broke down spring, and over tightened it, to lift the truck back up. Kinda sounds like a recipe....

    ...nope not going there.

OP you need to find a more trustworthy and competent mechanic shop. Good luck.

Yeah they tightened the collar of the coil over down to fix the ride hight temporarily until I get the new ones from fox. They were under warranty so nothing to pay for yay! I will ask for the coil back when I get them replaced to compare!
