I replaced the air filter and saw a screen inside the air box, part no 4 on the drawing below

Do I need to replace it at the same time as the filter?

I can't find a part number for it either

I reversed into a ditch and the rear mudguard on the passenger side came loose

I want to attach it again and require three plastic clips, two screws and the grommets holding the screws

Are these the correct parts/part numbers?

That screen is permanently attached to the air box.
    You can’t replace it.

This and to further elaborate. Its a charcoal filter. Its there to trap any gasoline vapors from coming out of the intake on after shutdown (for emissions). It does not restrict airflow, it doesn't need to be replaced, and you can fail SMOG if you have removed it.

Thank you, when I saw it I thought I might as well replace it while I'm changing the air filter
