I got this to make the dog island. Once it started, grew well without a lot of water. I only remembered to put a sprinkler there about every other week. Won't like a rotary mower tho!

Good morning. That sounds like the way to go, just for the added flexibility. Working from home is picking up in popularity, and I can see the value in it. No reason to go into the office if you can work remotely and save the time and money commuting.

Sort of spring cleaning. Another part of project coming up. I decided to order the carpet, because this.



Don't need deadening, built in rubber backing. New carpet weighs in about 50 lbs. Old is barely 5 lb.

I'll tighten down that cap after the seat. It's a delicate fit.

 

Sounds perfect for out here, I was going to haul some of the sandy dirt off first and then throw down a few bags of good top soil to mix in before laying down the seed.

Edit: We just trim it with a weed eater, we’ve never had a big enough patch of grass here to require anything more

We’ve got my father-in-law’s birthday today, we got him a new filet knife and a couple of LED work lights to replace the old incandescent ones he still uses. They get so hot it’s ridiculous.

Good Morning SA! Will be a great day after calling in to find out my Monday Jury duty has been cancelled! Happy Anniversary to me! 37 years since our May Day Lei Day, at the Palace in Honolulu!
Now, I can continue the project without that deadline, and have plenty of time to get cleaned up for a nice dinner at The Bistro. I did get to a "one piece test" yesterday, and I'm really happy about how this is going to turn out!

We’re catching an afternoon ballgame, it’s nice and overcast today so no blazing sun eating us alive.

 

Well, oops! Seem we (read ME) didn't remember Bistro is closed Sunday dinner. And she didn't want me to take her to brunch there. So, we fishing for a couple lobster tails, and we'll grill them up with a little reverse-sear strip steak. And, we'll go out another night.

Morning SA! Was a nice dinner, and I almost got the big stuff wrapped up yesterday. I should finish today, and all back together.
Would have been nicer the last three days; if after the morning shower of 0.05", the wind would have picked back up. Thick as a brick!
