Uh No It's done...move on. tell her you are moving on, not to call you and you will see where the truth lay.

In the mean time CELEBRATE.:yay:....you do not want to raise someone elses' kids....and IF she has kids and don't want you in no uncertain terms she REALLY doesn't want you. women with kids are a little more "enthusiastic" about finding security.

6 months out of a whole life is a drop by healthy long term relationship standards. You are already pas the "lets move slower period"

People know in less time than that if they want to WORK on the relationship or let it go...seems to me she wants the latter and is "being nice"

Forget flowers and all that crap..Makes you look weak and desperate..Women do not fall in love with weal and desperate. The prefer confident.aloof and funny. save the hearts and flowers for marriage and not becasue you want something, becasue you are happy and want to share that

    .

She actually did you a great favor (by playing her cards now) and maybe you don't realize it yet.

And, if she comes back (after another of her failed relationships) do not take her back.

PS ... where is Oswego on this one ...

Man, this thread would almost put hair on your chest.

Thankfully for me, just *almost*. :D

I notice no ladies have replied on this thread. Well, there was one but all that was posted was a smiley (that wasn't smiling).

If a woman tells you she's not feeling it, she's not. And it's unlikely she will be feeling anything in the future. I've been there, and I've said it. It doesn't really matter why she's not feeling it because you probably can't do anything about it. I dated a guy once and wasn't feeling it because he had really hairy arms. TMI? lol But it's true, and whatever her reason is it's a safe bet everyone's better just moving on.

Probably better to find someone with less baggage. Oh, and do try to avoid desperation. It ends up being awkward for everyone . . .

Bottom line, move on, and good luck!! ;)

the best advice that I can say is never settle. Been there and done that. Relationships should really be that much work. Dont get me wrong, they take some compromise. If she isnt where you want her to be, chances are she will never be. You dont want to fight that battle all your life. People NEVER change for ever, they may for a while to please the person that they are with, but their true nature will always come through.
Trust me, I have done that with my first wife, 7 years of hell, followed up by her cheating on me, me then staying with her for another 1 1/2 years for my daughter cause I wanted the whole "family" thing. Doesnt work.
