hey, i have a 1997 toyota tacoma 4x4 single cab and im going to put some Bilstein 5100 Series Leveling Strut / Shock (Adjustable 0" to 2.5" FRONT Lift) with my stock coil springs. but in the back i need to replace my leaf springs because there froning at me. should i put lift leaf springs or just get new stock leaf spring and blocks or AAL. i would like to put abou a 1in or 2in of lift in the back to level out with the front bilstain 5100s. but will i be able to fit 32s or 33s with no triming. if i get the 32s they will be 11.50 wide and if i get 33s they will be 12.50 wide. do i need to move up to a 8in wide rim i have the stock 7in rims now. THANKS, Zack

I can't speak for for the 33's, but you should be fine with 32/11.5's... I've got a 3" RevTek lift on my 96 and I just put BFG 32/11.5/15 A/Ts on my truck in January.
The tread nearly touches my mudflaps when turned to full lock, but it's not enough for me to take the flaps off.

Here's a pic of them mocked up in my garage, sadly I don't have any pics since they've been mounted.

I ran with 32x11.50's on the stock 7" alloys with only 2" lift (96 tacoma). You'll need to run with lower air pressure in the tires to ensure you'll get 'even' tire wear. If you run too high air pressure, you'll wear the center of the tires out.

Ultimately, you should have an 8" wide rim for an 11.50 or higher width wheel.

31/10.5/15 BFG A/Ts were on the truck in the pic.
I'll try to take some pics this week (probably weekend) of the current setup.
    ...basically looks like Conekillers

I love your truck man, you're my inspiration

I didn't know they existed until November of last year, to be honest.
The kid I bought some parts from had them on his truck.

I got them locally. A small tire shop with good prices & good service - he's ALWAYS busy.

He tracked one down that was in town, the other 3 he told me were delivered from Denver. That's all I know.

    $175/ea mounted & balanced

33s with anything less than 3 inch lift will rub on compression or turning without some modifications or specific bs wheels. 32s will probably fit safely. I plan on running 33s on the street and 31's offroad for maximum tire stuffing travel.

I was being sarcastic, I have 4 inch procomp coilovers on the front set to about 2.5 , It rarely rubs.

Nope, Just have a little spacer( not even 1 inch) to clear my upper ball joint spacer.

BTW, If you guys want any more pictures from different angles just tell me. :)
