I like the Goodyear Ultraterrain 265/75r16 a lot they are basically a Duratrac that is much quieter & cheaper made for Discount tire in case you needed another tire thrown in the mix:boink: I feel your pain it takes me forever to decide on tires & this is what I came up with after days of research, I have 14,000 miles on them & am very happy

They’ll have you singing the songs while dancing next practice….

If you guys don’t get treated like kings for for at least a month or two, something’s wrong, very very wrong.

That’s Dad of the Year territory…

I've got Michelin LTX/MS on the Duramax, they are good road tires. Ain't worth two cents off road. They last a long time though.

I think I'll try the Cooper's or go back to the Nitto's.

I ordered the Cooper AT3 4Ss after weeks of research, of course the shop actually ordered the AT3 LTs and I didn’t know until they mounted them and I was taking pictures to show them off.
All things considered, I have been happy with them and they have held up and performed well. The 4Ss have even better reviews than the LTs so, I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them. Depending on which way I go with my truck I will probably get them when mine wear out.

My wife has the Goodyear Ultraterrains on her Jeep, they have been great on and off road. Her dad has them on his Ram 1500 and tows a lot, his have been great too.

I've got a work trip coming up to Monroe, Nc and I'm curious how others travel for work. Do you incur all traveling expenses and get reimbursed on the tail end or does your company front everything?

I shouldve never agreed to use my personal credit, this is already going sideways and the trip is 5 weeks out :mad:

Depends on your company. Military they gave us credit (travel) card you use it to pay for lodging, rental etc. Once you got home you filled out travel voucher, which paid for rental and lodging etc. You also got per diem and that was added into your reimbursement. If you were frugal you could make a few bucks.

*edit* of course some idiots always messed it up and used it as personal credit card or overcharged which got them in trouble or kicked out

The few times I've been, they would cover lodging but you had to save receipts for food/meals to get reimbursed.

We're talking like 1500 bucks between airfare, lodging and a rental car for the week. I shouldve ironed out all the details before I agreed to use my card. Couple other guys are happy to get the points for using their card and paying the sum up front before it accrues interest. I don't care about points and don't ever carry a credit card balance. Should've told my boss, credit card? What's that mean?!
