The Leafs set the tone for once.

The hit was dirty but, as a fan whose watched the Leafs get pushed around, I'd rather eat the five and put Tampa back on their heals than let Tampa push the Leafs into a retaliation of some sort later on when the whistles get put away.

 

Definitely set the tone for the whole game. Can’t wait for Wednesday!

some teams have matchups that aren’t good for them, TB didn’t fair well against the Leafs in regular season so they better pick it up next game if you wanna rumble with the Canes. Though Canes have their own challenge with the Bruins they had a lot of shots on goal Raanta had to stop.
Correction - TB & Leafs took turn kicking each other’s butts in the regular season. Should be TB’s turn next game lol.
