Getting the old bushings out is fun eh? I went and ended up sealing the control arms up to. Sleeved the holes with some tubes in case I wanted to mount skids. Mind you I did weld some thin plate for some protection.

Can also gusset around the lower mounts to prevent failure

this was before sleeving the holes. You get the idea.

Bushings aren't bad to be honest. Have done it enough times to develop a system. Map torch to center ring, slides out, then sawzall the outer ring, then cold chisel with a mallet pops the whole bitch out. POR metal prep, self etching primer and your choice of clearance spray from homedepot

You talking about the LCA frame braces? They may interfere with the LCA bushing hoop gussets depending on alignment cam bolt setting:

Does anyone here actually have the 4WP bumper? Obviously they're gonna catch you with the lower price and most of all super easy to obtain in Canada... There isn't really anyone locally who beats it, or comes close.

I'm pretty certain this is the season I need to go winch/bumper and while it's not my first choice, it is warming up to me and I'd be in for a really good price.

I've already seen the TW thread here about it, just wondering if anyone here has it!

Thinking I go across and pick up one of them Harbor Frieght Apex 12k's for the winch, or just give 4WP the money for a smitty gen3 10 or 12k, might be better for any warranty issues.
