I was able to fit my 255/85/16 Toyo Open Country MT under there fully inflated. Wish I had a picture.

The pic is a bit on the dark side but Alpha Equipt just came out with this pizza cutter spec of their Foxtrot wheel, It's 17x7.5+0 so its perfect for the skinnies we love! I got the dark earth color that really pops in direct sun but they also have White and black.

I'm on 255/80r17 Cooper ST Maxx, Though I've been really really eying the Kenda RT 35x10.5s.....

What PSI is everyone running? I’ve got 255/80/17 Toyo opencountry at3 at 30 and it looks a bit low.

Geolandar MTs in 255/85-16 (load range E), I settled on 38/35 after chalk testing. Need to redo the test now that I've added a little weight to the truck. After several thousand miles I checked the outsides and center tread and had very little variation in treadwear across the face. Highly recommend trying this test for anyone that hasn't yet.

Joined the club today…255/85/16 Mastercraft Courser CXT on 16x8 zero offset with spidertrax 1.25 spacers. Couldn’t be happier with how it sits now.

So I've been getting rubbing at full lock on my jba UCAs with my skinnys. 255/80/r17s. The wheels I have are the factory sport rims from the early 2nd gens. I'm wondering if I add .75" wheel spacers if that'll stop the rubbing in the front. I rub no where else but on the arms.

With the stock OR wheels, 16x7 +30, I used a 1.25" spacer to clear the SPC UCAs. Plenty of clearance there but unfamiliar with a 7.5" wheel, .5" less width and a different UCA it might be close.

Yea I'm not too much a fan of spacers but not looking to get new wheels at the moment. I figure with .75" it wouldn't be too bad but wasn't sure if anyone else had the same problem I had with OEM wheels.

Same tires here, had low expectations at first, but I am very impressed with their off road capabilities.

I rubbed on the stock UCA and LCA after a 2" lift with stock tires and wheels. It was the same sport wheels that they had on the 4th gen 4runner. I went with a 1" spacer due to finding a good set used locally and did not regret getting the 1" over the .75".

Doing some reading some with the .75 inch spacer have been saying that they have the studs a bit short or something. Debating going around 1 inch instead to avoid that. I've just always heard bad stuff about spacers and wasn't sure if that would even fix the problem or just lead to another.

Spacers are fine, as long as you torque them. I've been running spacers on pretty much everyone of my vehicles, so hundreds of thousands of miles on them with no issues.

Yea. Doing a search seems to be that 1 inch isn't too bad. I may go that route. I mostly don't want to deal with the rubbing than anything else. If I go one inch I'm thinking I should clear everything. I don't wanna go from rubbing on the UCA to rubbing on the cab mount.

These look pretty nice on your truck, any chance you have a head on picture to show how wide the tires look?

How's the drive? I figure these are some derivative of the Cooper Maxx's...any pull to one side while driving?

No head on shots but I’ll try and remember to get some tomorrow. Tread pattern sits outside of flares maybe a 1/4 inch, which is perfect to me.

Ride is great and I’ve had no issues with pulling. Caster is .3 higher on drivers side to account for road crown and it runs dead straight. Only got 100 Highway miles on them so far so this is initial opinion but if anything changes I’ll chime in on that as well.

IIRC the factory wheels have indentations where the studs would stick through, so you don't really have to worry about the studs sticking through too much. I ran the 1" spacers and had no issues with rubbing...even after going to a slightly taller 265/70/17. I've since moved to a 255/75/17 on OEM FJ wheels (about .6" out from the OE Sport, or .4" less than the spacer) and still no rub. Take that for whatever it is worth.
