My prayers and thoughts with ya'll, whatever the outcome.
I did when I worked supermarket produce during high school. Soft spongy orangish yellow meat inside green skin. Diluted mangoish flavor as I recall Didn't taste so much as to be anything special in my opinion at the time. Only tried it the once as I recall.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Right eye no longer needs glasses except to read. Left has retina jssues..... glasses may help adjust for depth perception.

He's going to do both of mine, and I'm splurging for the good lenses so I'm hoping for the best.

If it works out, it'll be the first time since 2nd grade without glasses or contacts

Evening folks, :hattip:it’s rainy here in Paw Paw, Michigan. There are Paw Paw trees that grow around here but kinda rare, they do bare fruit. I have never tried any, not sure if it’s same species as in the south.

The trees grow in my neighbor's yard. They brought them from WV in the late 40s. Never tried it though.

I love JJ. Personally, I prefer it over Jersey Mike's but that's just me.

    *sigh* moron report time.
so late yesterday one of the guys messages me and says that he can't save the file he had been working on. i take a look and someone had decided to move/rename our main folder for all of our project files. except theres TWO folders now. because any file that was opened when the main folder was moved/renamed stayed behind in the original location.
asked if he knew who. nope.
its late. lots of folks had already left for the day.
i told him to just save a copy to his desktop and we'd sort it out this morning. i figured whoever was responsible was likely going to be one of the attendees of the aforementioned 7am meeting.
so it comes my time to bring up new topics.
Weesa - so anyone know why the project folder was moved/renamed?
clueless wonder - see previous 2 moron reports - chimes in ' oh that was me! he he he. i didn't understand why that folder was named what it was so i thought i'd change it.'
W - do you have any idea the tidal wave of shit that you have caused for me and anyone else who accesses those files? *mildly containing rage*
    CW - hehehe
W - i cant even open anything up today. all of the files are linked through the file path and now that that file path has been moved/renamed all of the links are broken.
CW - would it help if i deleted the one i made yesterday?
W - ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOT!!!! DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. IF YOU DELETE IT ALL OF THE FILES IN THERE WILL BE GONE FOREVER.
CW - so what do I need to do to fix it?
W - leave it be and I'll try to fix it after this meeting. Start praying that I can just move everything back and fool the software into thinking nothing ever changed.
CW - so we can't rename it?
W - not unless you want me to have to spend the rest of the week unfucking this situation. I'm hoping i can fix it quick. Changing it to anything other than what it was before is not an option.

so we get out of the meeting and i have to have everyone shut down there computers. i get in and have to shuffle some things around to unfuck it all. restart the server and pray that everything will be back to normal. all the while i'm sitting here wondering why i have to explain to her that no, you cannot just delete a folder and all of its contents. she claims to have worked for a software company before - how the hell is that a foreign concept to her?

after a little bit of a delay and a mild panic as it took a long time to bring the server back up because someone in the office tried to log in before it was safe to do so i miraculously got everything back up and running.

W - all good on my end have the guys check their computers and see if they're still getting weird errors and files not loading
    *few minutes later*
CW - the guys say everything is working! yay :) phew, that was scary! <--direct quote
W - yeah. lets NOT do that again ever. **quietly thinking "because if you think that was scary you really dont want to see my reaction when you really fuck up and delete our entire project folder"**
