    just moved this week from a cement building w/ no windows and locked doors to a larger building w/ no windows and more locked doors. yippeeeee

    Alright so, exchanged the non-functional TomTom for another today at Best Buy. Got it home, started it up connected to PC. Put in my promo code, downloaded my map.

    Unit says this map file can't be used with this unit.

    Attempting to re-download now...

    Also, the software doesn't seem to want to recognize the device without a device reset after plugging it in...

    So are TomToms just pieces of shit all around or do I have the worst luck in the world? The reviews were pretty good...
