I'm changing the center bearing and tightening down the center nut on the U part that has a spline that holds the bearing and needs to be torqued down to 134ft lbs The nut got messed up but the I think the shaft threads are okay. It's a 24mm size nut, what is the part number and can I get it a lowes maybe?

I have purchased metric bolts and nuts at Lowe’s and I have never seen anything that big there. Maybe Google it or try Amazon unless you live in a large city where there’s some sort of a mechanical supply house.

Curious how you screw up such a big nut!

Also, make sure you are following the right procedure, I believe its an initial (higher) torque to seat everything, back all the way off then a final (lower) torque value.

    I doubt it.
I believe you need to stake the nut.

Never seen a stake nut at lowes.

One of them is probably beneficial to be had at the dealer.
