    Whoa! Marbled (or smallmouth) salamander. They're part of the mole salamander family so spend most of their lives underground in rodent burrows or similar underground refugia. Did she dig up a burrow? Typically they're not found under logs and rocks, which is why I ask. I work with its cousin out here.
