If you've got the tools, I've done one on my truck and can provide moral support with my limited experience. It really isn't a huge job though.

Alright team, @Brownmatthall and I are planning a mod and fabrication day at my shop/studio tentatively May 21st. Located in Mahwah NJ. @AllTacosFloat what you think? We can tack up the skid, maybe even get it fully welded and do the CMC?
I’m either going to do the front springs using the truck to compress, or bring them down the street to my mechanic on Monday to assemble.

Yeah, I'm in for sure. If the skid doesn't get done it'll give me a reason to come back down sooner than later. :fistbump:

If I'm free I'll be there to aid in shenanigans. Who wants to help me wire up a set of lights?

I do have a spring compressor but it's sketchy at best haha

Anyone in the Maine/NH area interested in helping me install my fox 2.5 dsc suspension front and rear, SPC UCAs, IKON add -a-leaf, and bump stops on my new 2022 Army Green TRD off road double cab short bed. I am about to order all the parts for the lift but am currently on a travel nurse contract and don't have a location or the skills and tools to do it myself. I know there are a lot of shops in the area but being my first truck and first mods I really want to partake in the install with someone so I can get my hands dirty and do some learning. plus make a few friends while I am at it. If anyone is interested please reach out! I would also take any shops in the area anyone may recommend. Currently located in Portland Maine and Freedom NH. Will compensate with cash or beers! Thanks gang

I am down! I only work 3 days a week at the hospital so I can be flexible and drive where ever! I plan to get the kit ordered in the next week or two, my guy at Battle Born has it all ready for me to ship. I also get my 285/70r17 Duratracs delivered today to wrap around my Summit Off road Dakars in matte black with -25 offset. All the stoke!

Oh its going to rub. I'll be doing the cmc and fender/liner trimming. Not myself because I don't know how, but based off everything I have read I will almost definitely need it. The offset for stance means more to chop haha. Also won't be putting them on the truck until after the lift. The hardest part about them arriving first

Cool, don't put them on till after you get the cmc done. Then trim what you need
