alignment suggestions lifted trd offroad

Hello gang,

I find my truck doesn't drive as straight as I would like, I've lifted since new and have heavy and wide LTs.
current lift front:
bilstein 5100 2 inch longer shocks with stock springs, SPC ajustable control arms
rear lift:
longer bilsteins 5100s, add a leaf and 2 inch block

rims TRD : beadlocks: toyo 305-70-16

I've always gone to the dealership, they are the ones who suggested changing the UCAs to get more adjustability but yet they always align to factory specs, and I don't like how the handling is.. I find the steering very sensitive to highway ruts, always searichig to climb out of the rut.

Question: what alignment specs improve stability, straight line driving. I've found an alignment shop that is willing to adjust off of specs but they want me to supply the numbers.

 

Need to go to a proper alignment shop unless you have a friend that can do it at the dealer. Most dealers will only do in-spec alignments.

The shop will need to correct your caster to be proper with the lift - increased usually to around 4 degrees - and then set the toe and camber to spec.

 

If you have your current or most recent alignment specs available that would help folks on here help you diagnose as well

When I get my truck alleigned I ask for 0 toe 0 camber and anything over 3 caster but I let only dedicated offroad shops thats familiar with aftermarket suspension touch it.

 

The caster is horrible. As @Dalegribble02 said shoot for 0 camber/toe and at least 3 caster. Personally I run 4 caster, 0 camber and .05 toe in. Sometimes I’ll even run .5+ camber.

 

Looking for input on the Secondary Angles / SAI. The Right side is within parameters (11.29 deg) but the Left side is not (11.09 deg). Is there a concern here?
I just had Bilstein 5100 installed Front (+1.55") and Rear (+ 1.0" Lift Block)

Since SAI is not adjustable by initial thought is the coilover on that side may be sitting just off bit off at the top. There should be specs for the included angle but it doesn’t show them on your sheet.
