You're right! I have some wire channel around here somewhere but after putting that thing together after work yesterday I was done. I have tomorrow off so maybe I'll get a few things done around here.

Had some guys out the last two days working in the outdoor kitchen. My architects really missed the mark on what I wanted, took a little while to find the right guys to rehab it. The idea from the beginning was polished concrete, but apparently that's not a skill set that you find easily down here. Went with a marbled epoxy coating on the counters/island. Came out great. And $500 in materials and 2 days labor for 2 guys was the right price. Before/after pics:20211211_101324.jpg

...^^^... How are you going to solve some of those electrical problems without digging into the wall?

I had some electrical problems on a previous home.

Those electrical problems drove me crazy and we had to dig into the walls to properly fix them.

Well, that remains to be seen! Reversing the wiring is one thing, not pulling grounds to half the house is another animal. The crazy overloaded circuits I'm hoping we can separate and add breakers. This house is plaster over concrete block, so yes, should we have to excavate it will be an expensive undertaking. For the GC.

Not rigid conduit. There are several instances, for example when the fiberoptic Interbet was going to be run, that we found the concrete in the walls had crimped the flexible tubing. I learned a lot about the benefits and deficiencies of the way they do stuff down here.

May I make the bold assumption that you are south of the border? Your user name and 'down here' are both clues. Also we don't have Interbet outside of Las Vegas in the States.

That would be the better, more permanent way to do it. Can I use low voltage wall mount brackets for that? It's just the TV power cord and an HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV.

Put in a new shower head in the Master as per my wife's request. Noticed how she has pulled the tub water downspout away from the wall when she apparently was
getting out of the jacuzzi tub. Now there is at least a 1/2 gap for the water to enter the hole where the water fill line comes in. Man, if it's not one thing, it's another!
I have a saying, "If it can be burned, dented, scratched, chipped, dinged, or stripped....she will find a way!"
First trip out in our RV, she busted one of the blinds.

easy fix. there should be a screw under the spout. Loosen it, slide it back and tighten the screw
