Use some silicone grease spray on your rad/body mounts and listen then. Could even go Rad then body mounts for an easier diagnosis. Make sure everything you've replaced is properly torqued...
I had a broken rad-mount on the passenger side that I was convinced must be a suspension component causing all the creaking and clunking. The poly-bushings noted on the forum are a good replacement.

Make sure it is in the front and not the rear... Leaf springs or brake noise could be fooling your ears. I had my left rear drum brake fail and I was sure it was the front disc locking up... until brake fluid began to flow out of the rear, later that day!

Great point. Although the noise happens simultaneously as the front goes over a bump.

I inspected/ used a pry bar to see if I had any play in those and all checked out. But I'll hit them with some silicone and see if there's any change.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Placed my open palm on the driver fender above the wheel opening. Pushed forward then pulled back and wouldn’t you know it… that was the clunk I was hearing. The fender was loose. I tightened the bolts a smidge and its been silent for the last 10 years. Good luck!

Haha, I think I've read somewhere else on TW about you doing that. I have a feeling it will be something very similar.... took this truck elk hunting last fall and on the last day, it was a muddy mess. I'm pretty sure that's when it happened.

I finally was able to track down a clunk in my truck a week ago that was a sway bar bushing. Point being, have someone aggressively rock your truck side to side. By doing this I was able to watch all the suspension components and poke my head around to hear anything.

    Best of luck

Sway bar bushings have been replaced and hit with some energy suspension lube. Even did a temp sway bar delete on that old sucker. Noise still squealed like a pig...

Same issue here. Have you checked your front differential support arm bushings ? Mine look bad. I will be changing those next.

I need to check those. Needing to check the torque on the bolts too.

This is more telling … did the mechanic remove engine shield/guard and check all components within arms reach? Do you feel clunking in steering wheel?

Well, went wheeling in Moab this weekend.. and the noise is gone. Must've been something lodged where it shouldn't have been!
