I wouldn't put anything on pause I mean, nothing causes anxiety more than 'waiting for the unknown'

Live your life. You know what your priorities are. You're well on your way to a bright future with the internships you've gotten, going to college and all.

And if the child does end up being yours, wouldn't you want to be the best you can be, so you can be a better provider and role model?

Just the way I see it.

 

I hope when we decide to have kids, or adopt, whichever of the two happens, that we have children that'll look up to my wife and I.

Be proud of all the things we did, what we know, etc. and just know that "if my parents can do it, so can I"

You turn into the person they wish to seek advice from, learn from, etc. You want them to not only emulate you, but be even more successful than you ever were.

 

I was just listening to a cold case podcast yesterday about how Mojave is basically an enormous burial ground. Some LAPD detective was quoted on there saying that if there were grave markers in Mojave for every burial made out there, it would look like Forest Lawn (famous cemetery in LA).
