I am very blessed to be able to do what I do. Our lathe guy got better and came back after 3 months away, he's a lot better than he was just a few weeks ago!

I've known a couple people who have hit turkeys, they tear some stuff up!!!

 

i never got a taste for spoiled cabbage!! I don`t even care for the smell.

Being in Pa Dutch country that made me an outcast to so very many people

 

I am sure you picked up the dead body and took it to the nearest funeral Home.

So it could be buried in style because when you drive over them they are so hard to get all the road dirt and bones out.

Speaking of this I was riding with a Girl very long ago who drove her Dads Truck into the creek trying to miss a squirrel .

Till the day her Dad passed I thing she was reminded every time they talked Knowing him that may have been his last words.

When I worked in HVAC me and a guy were going to a job one day and he slammed on brakes and through me into the dash. I said what are you doing? He said there was a squirrel. I said you shoot them all the time at your house, you gonna kill me trying to save one

Wow this is not Good!!

If the vehicle owner loses this case Insurance costs will force most people to stop driving.

As your vehicle insurance will now need to cover anyone behind the wheel at anytime.

If two employees of Company come flying around the corner of the shop and hit the fronts of both vehicles instead of the shop insurance fixing things they will be able to go after the vehicle owners if I am seeing this correct!

To protect us from idiots

 

Sad that a man was killed, but holy shit is that a stupid thing to do. The 19 yo needs to be in jail for vehicular manslaughter.

 

How its owners fault blows my mind

 

This is just wrong on many levels.

 

We live in a litigation society -- who to blame had eclipsed common sense.

The fact that a court has to waste time (and taxpayers dollars) is infuriating.
