blood pressure levels weren't affected. It's a one time thing so i'm not actually gonna take action over it. But stupid shit like that is unnecessary and definitely deserves being called out at least :notsure:

And same, little rules like that get broken all the time like how many people really wash their boats/kayaks before going to a different lake? I'm being as literal as can be when i say there's a road 10-15ft to the left of where he parked, so that water probably get's shit in it all the time. Shit he's not even the first one to do that. But it's one of the few tall waterfalls on the east coast, not hard to be a bit more respectful of it

Doesn't look like he is abusing anything? After a rain, a trickling stream looks like a falls and crossing by them isn't illegal.

Someone a while back said crap about a spot I was driving through the woods, same crap "I'm gonna tell on you!" Too bad it was private property. Same thing when my YJ was on Xtreme 4X4 and ppl cried the blues when you drive through a stream.

lol except that is definitely buttermilk falls he backed into. Those posts are ammo to get whatever public land is left shut down and there isn’t much.

Those falls are always there, that's the main attraction of the area. It wouldn't take much for you to be just a little bit more responsible so that others can enjoy nature as well

I really don't see that he didn't "tread lightly"... If he backed into a spot for a picture, heck, I backed into Ghost Lake for a picture off of Shades of death road, they are going to close the lake now? Not sure what you guys are talking about. If there was rut marks and destruction for tearing up the place, that would be disrespectful. That pic was from years ago, he pulled the roll bar for the camper.

I have been doing business with Bill at Zitone since the late 80's, he's a big Army fan! Honestly, I love how you are looking out for the creators, creation! I happen to have Native American blood on my mother and father's side, same tribe too, guess that's why I have been so into the outdoors, archery, archery hunting and I love lacrosse, the creators game!

Sparta indoor lacrosse champs! We beat the Lakers alum for the indoor lacrosse championship in Sparta, I have the trophy, that was a couple years ago! lol, the year 2000 and 2 of my cousins were on the team, #1 (Mendham HS state champs) and next to me #22 (Villanova)...

Treading lightly would be not going into the bottom of the falls..
has nothing to do with the ease in which he entered.
Just bekuz you don’t see a problem with it doesn’t meant it’s not a problem.

I went to buttermilk falls a few times. Never drove into the pool at the bottom. When did they put that road through there in the pool?

i need to go take that picture now too

Most of it was private property; that road went to the few houses and farm in the middle of the valley that sit there abandoned. .Gov stole it all for some stupid dam project that never happened and then kept it. That's why there's abandoned houses and foundations scattered about

A stream crossing on a trail, and backing off a road into a waterfall are by no means the same thing…

Looking at the picture The Hunter posted, I don't see any signs and I have been there and don't see signs in my pic when I was there with my black Tacoma, is there some kind of no wheeling by a falls law I never heard about?
